Founded in 1945, Product Engineering Company (PECO)
continues to be an established leader in the tooling and machining industry,
serving primarily the automotive, appliance, agricultural and HVAC industries.
PECO is a company responsive to the technical, manufacturing and marketing needs
of its customers. By combining modern equipment and state-of-the-art technology
with experienced craftsmen, PECO is able to provide its customers with quality
tooling and machining services at a fair price, delivered on time.
PECO is a full service die shop specializing in the design and manufacture of
complete tooling packages that include progressive, transfer and line dies.
PECO is also a full service machine shop offering both conventional and CNC
machining capabilities for that one-of-a-kind item or for low volume production
machining.

Our People
The most important resource at PECO is its highly skilled craftsmen and their ability to work with our customers through all stages of a project. Our staff of experienced designers, CNC programmers, machinists and toolmakers are ready and willing to put forth the extra effort to see that our customers’ critical delivery dates are met. By working two shifts, over 125,000 hours of tooling and machining services are available annually to serve you.
Our Plant and Equipment
PECO is situated on 5.67 acres in Columbus, Indiana at the corner of 14th Street and Michigan Avenue. The building has a total of 64,600 square feet with 60,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing and 4,600 square feet of office, design and engineering space.
Health and Safety
